Organise your inbox.  Mr MPIO is a serial collector of emails.  His inbox had in excess of 600 emails in it!  Really who does that!  Certainly not me.  The best way to handle your email inbox is to create folders for things that you are going to need in the future or for a project you are working on.
For instance, my inbox has the following folders:-
  • Bills & Finance
  • Friends & Family
  • Miss Pass It On
  • Pony Club
  • Registrations
  • St Francis (The Kids School)
As emails come in that I NEED TO KEEP, I place them into the folders for quick reference.  My inbox is almost always empty!  Everything else gets deleted or filed.  I keep emails current in the inbox only if I have to action them.  The registrations folder is designed to keep all those pesky passwords that you get emailed.  It is easy to find them when I forget what password I use for what!

PS Mr MPIO has cleaned out his email box, he deleted or moved 20 a day for a week and now is keeping on top of it!
